Before effective learning can take place you must first engage with the student. Getting off to a good start is crucial in gaining the students trust and respect. This is why we request an opportunity to conduct a Preliminary Assessment for all new students who wish to enrol on any Maths Doctor course.

The Preliminary Assessment is conducted at arms length to provide the student with a gentle introduction to working with Maths Doctor. This reduces the pressure to perform and avoids the need to sit an exam.

This method of enrolment is highly successful in allowing us to identify and determine what each student’s individual requirements are and therefore provide a service that is the most effective and suitable.
